1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Times & Rates

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available at checkout)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact your local post office or carrier

  3. File a claim with the shipping carrier

We will help where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for stolen packages.


6. Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Holidays

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volume

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen events

7. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different warehouses.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


8. International Shipping 

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery time: 7–20 business days

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
