Our Return Policy

At Pure Peach Baby, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on:

  • Unopened and unused baby gear, bottles, and accessories in original packaging
  • Items with tags still attached
  • Products in new, resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened pacifiers, bottle nipples, or feeding accessories
  • Opened wipes or diaper packages
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom items

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at support@purepeachbabies.com with your order number
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship it back using the method we provide

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@purepeachbabies.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
