Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We care about families and want you to feel confident in every purchase. This policy explains when and how returns, refunds, and replacements work.


1. Returns Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Not opened if the product is hygiene-sensitive (see section below)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

Because we sell baby and family care products, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

  • Baby wipes and diapering products

  • Feeding and hygiene products

  • Personal care items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

If one of these arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will absolutely replace or refund it (see section 5).


3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged/incorrect)

Once approved, we will send return instructions.

Important: Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement shipped at no cost

  • Full refund

  • Store credit (if preferred)


6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If your refund is late or missing, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be cancelled.
